Last updated: [2024/07/22]
Welcome to Eufonia Studio. By accessing and using our services, including our Minecraft applications and development platforms, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
To obtain any license under these terms, you must accept them as strict obligations and conditions for all of your licenses. By using any service provided by Eufonia Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms of Service to be aware of any changes.

-

-

-

3. Copyright License
Eufonia Studio grants a copyright license for the software that allows you to do anything you could do with the software without infringing the licensor's copyright, for any permitted purpose. However, you may only distribute the software under the Distribution License and make changes or new works based on the software in accordance with the Changes and New Works License.
4. Distribution License
Eufonia Studio grants an additional license to distribute copies of the software. Your license to distribute covers distribution of the software with changes and new works permitted by the Changes and New Works License.
5. Notifications
You must ensure that anyone who obtains a copy of any part of the software from you also receives a copy of these terms or the corresponding URL, as well as copies of any plain text lines beginning with “Required Notice:” that the licensor provided with the software. For example:
Required Notice: Copyright Eufonia Studio https://eufonia.studio/legal/terms
6. License for Changes and New Works
Eufonia Studio grants an additional license to make changes and new works based on the software for any permitted purpose.
7. Patent License
Eufonia Studio grants a patent license for the software that covers patent claims that the licensor may license, or becomes able to license, that you would infringe by using the software.
8. Non-Competition
Any purpose is a permitted purpose, except to provide any product that competes with the software or any product that the licensor or any of its affiliates provides using the software.
9. Competition
Goods and services compete even when they provide functionality through different types of interfaces or for different technical platforms. Applications may compete with services, libraries with plug-ins, frameworks with development tools, etc., even if they are written in different programming languages or for different computer architectures. Goods and services compete even when they are provided for free. If you market a product as a practical substitute for software or another product, it definitely competes.
10. New Products
If you are using the software to provide a non-competing product, but the licensor or any of its affiliates introduces your competing product by providing a new version of the software or another product using the software, you may continue to use versions of the software available under these terms prior to providing your competing product, but not later versions.
11. Sales of the Business
If the licensor or any of its affiliates sells a line of business that develops the software or uses the software to provide a product, the purchaser may also enforce the Non-Compete for that product.
12. Fair Use
You may have “fair use” rights to the software under the law. These terms do not limit them.
13. No Other Rights
These terms do not permit you to sublicense or transfer any of your licenses to another person, nor do they prevent the licensor from granting licenses to another person. These terms do not imply any other license.
14. Patent Defense
If you make any written claim that the software infringes or contributes to the infringement of any patent, your patent license for the software granted under these terms terminates immediately. If your company makes such a claim, your patent license terminates immediately for work on behalf of your company.
15. Infringement
The first time you are notified in writing that you have violated any of these terms, or have done anything with the software not covered by your licenses, your licenses may continue if you fully comply with these terms and take practical steps to correct past violations, within 32 days of receipt of the notice. Otherwise, all of your licenses terminate immediately.

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is”, without any warranties or conditions, and the licensor shall not be liable to you for any damages arising out of these terms or the use or nature of the software, under any legal claim.
