Eufonia Studio
Eufonia Studio was founded on June 15, 2022. It's a video game development studio specializing in creating series, events, tournaments, mods, servers, minigames, and other projects in Minecraft, mainly for the largest content creators in the Spanish-speaking community. Auronplay, Rubius, Ibai and IlloJuan are some of them.
The founder, Alejandro Corrales, has been developing content in Minecraft since 2015. One of his first projects was "Noobsters", a competitive server dedicated to the UHC game mode, which was online for over three years. Back then, Eufonia didn't exist, but it was where everything began to take shape.
Without a defined name, the team continued creating, and years later, the first large-scale content series was realized: Dedsafío Minecraft 1, for Ded and over 80 Twitch streamers, starting on May 28, 2021. Dedsafío Minecraft 2, the second installment of the project, won the Esland Award for Best Content Series of 2022.
This series opened the door to new projects in the future. From there, the team that would become Eufonia Studio began to form.
On September 17 of the same year, the series “Squid Game” was released on Netflix, created by South Korean director and screenwriter Hwang Dong-hyuk. This inspired the development of the "Squid Craft Games", an event with over 200 content creators participating. This first edition offered a $100,000 prize for the winner and, on January 19, 2022, became the largest Twitch event of its time. This was the first massive event developed by Eufonia Studio, in collaboration with Twitch Rivals, Auronplay, Rubius and Komanche. SCG achieved over 18 million hours watched and peaked at more than two million concurrent viewers.
The Squid Craft Games had a second edition, and both won the Esland Award for Best Content Miniseries of the Year in 2023 and 2024.
Eufonia Studio officially announced its name on June 15, 2022. To date, has developed and executed over 30 live events for the Spanish and English-speaking communities. To date, more than 500 content creators from different platforms have participated in their events.
Additionally, it has created dozens of public servers with audiences of up to 10,000 users. It has developed numerous mods and various technologies used in its projects. To this day, projects have been carried out with productions involving up to 100 people working together, including artists, developers, actors, and many collaborators with countless talents.
Today, Eufonia Studio dreams of creating its own video games, although its short and medium-term goals are to continue developing content in Minecraft and, one day, in Hytale.
